Bubs

I developed a love of sparkling wine right after I turned of an appropriate age.

I loved learning about viticulture, the science of bottling, the variance in different environments, the thought process that goes into tasting rooms (it’s wild) - all around the globe. What I appreciated the most was the time and love that each winery and expert put into their craft.

They’re way cooler than me, but at least I can write about it and share it at events and with those I love.

Because in my mind, there is nothing better than a giggle caused by bubbles.
