Fit in a Cup (one of many, many, many…)
I recently did a little road trip to hang with one my best friends.
She’s the Princess of Signal Mountain in Tennessee, and I’m beyond blessed to have an incredible relationship with her two offspring.
One — a beauty — in high school, so we have the best conversations about what the kids are doing these days. She teaches me about everything I’m doing wrong beauty-wise and then fixes it for me. She also reminds to be nice to people.
*Read, continues to remind me to be nice to people.
And one — a beast — and I’m only allowed to say that because he’s incredibly handsome, will break many hearts in the most chivalrous way. And then report back on our road trips from Atlanta to his mum’s homestead so he can learn the best ways to be BMOC. (Before his time — it’s cool).
I was kurfuffled, when she initially moved to this beautiful homestead. So, I asked for one thing for the weekend.
“I want to find a beautiful antique teacup”.
“Why”
“I’ll tell ya”
I said the bubs would #fititinacup, and this find at Vintage & More on the Blvd in Chattanooga, Tennessee was the absolutely perfect reminder that friendships cross state lines and they can fit in a cup, and then an evening, and then a perfect weekend, per usual. There was snow, there were adventures, there was delicious food and there was the BEST antique store I have seen in my life.
The challenge was for the three in-tow to find and pitch their favorite teacup set. So here’s winner number one in this saga, filled with Celebration! Blanc from Arrington Vineyards and polished off with many smiles,
with a pinky up.
HIGHLY recommend on both the locale and the bubs.
